明代后期俺答汗对土默特地区的开发与建设

16世纪以后,土默特成为俺答汗统领的蒙古土默特万户的驻牧地。为发展、壮大自己的实力,他积极致力于土默特的开发与建设,不仅促进了这一地区农耕经济的恢复,城市建设的发展,还将土默特建成明代漠南蒙古重要的喇嘛教传教中心,为土默特地区政治、经济发展和文化、城市建设作出了突出贡献。

Altan Khan and the Development and Construction of Tumote Region in Late Ming Dynasty

After the 16th century,Tumote became the grazing land of the Mongolian Tumote Wanhu commanded by Altan Khan.In growing and expanding his own force,Altan Khan devoted himself to the development and construction of Tumote,which promoted the recovery of the agricultural economy of the region and the development of urban construction,meanwhile Tumote became an important Lamaism missionary center of Monan Mongolia of Ming Dynasty.Altan Khan had made outstanding contributions for the political,economic development and culture,urban construction in Tumote region.
