营销人员全面报酬要素的内在结构分析

摘    要:营销人员报酬要素受到行业、企业以及员工层次等诸多因素的影响。饲料企业一线营销人员全面报酬要素的内在结构,主要包括团队建设、公司政策与行政、工作生活保障与员工贡献等四个方面。因此,应当从公司战略规划、主管领导能力、工作生活保障的外部公平性和绩效导向的薪酬文化等维度来构建有效的营销人员薪酬体系。

Abstract:The reward elements of salesforces are influenced by many factors such as industry,enterprise and staff level.The intrinsic structures of the total reward,elements of feed industry salesforces mainly included four types such as team building,marketing polices and administrations,work and life safeguards,employee contributions.Therefore,an effective salesforces’ reward system should established from four dimensions which are marketing strategic planning,competent leadership,competitive work and life safeguard,performance-oriented compensation culture.
