摘    要:该文是关于人才学研究中如何注重调查方法的讨论.全文共由研究背景、选题意义、方法研究、整合创新以及所得结论这五个方面的内容组成.本项研究归纳分析了当前人文社会科学中所采用的一些基本调查方法,并结合作者在清华大学院士群体和青年骨干教师群体中所做的创新性调查研究,从方法论的高度提出人才学研究必须注重方法创新的重要性.该文所得结论是,只有通过方法上的创新,我们才有可能为人才学研究发展成为一门严谨科学的"显学"铺平道路.

Abstract:The paper examines methodological issues concerning humanities and social sciences in general and talent studies in particular. This study consists of five parts and discusses the issues such as background information, research motives, methodological considerations, a holistic way for innovation, and conclusions thus obtained. It summarizes and analyzes some study methods adopted in humanities and social sciences today and,combined with an innovative investigation done on academicians and talented young teachers in Qinghua University,advances the importance in methodological innovation in talent studies.It concludes that a real scientific study of human resources and management cannot be satisfactorily pursued if innovation in methodology does not receive a due consideration in this enterprise.
