| Abstract: | Whether the owners of private enterprises can join the party is an opinion varying and sensitive matter.In our opinion,the definition of builders of the socialist cause with Chinese character has determined that the excellent owners of the private enterprises can join the party;to recrluit the excellent owners of the Party's mass foundation.In the recruitment,we should carry out the policy,principle and the procedure.And we should test and train them. |
