| Abstract: | The transformation of scientific and technological achievements from theory to production is sluggish in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province. This paper deals with both the method of accelerating the transformation from theory to production of scientific and technological achievements in institutions of higher learning in Shaanxi Province and the theoretical framework of this transformation. |
