| Abstract: | The Outlook development is an important part in Deng Xiaoping's Theory, in which the Chinese traditional thought of civil-foundation has infiltrated. This has formed the cultural infrustructure in Deng Xiaoping's outlook development. The goal of explaining it from the poing of philosiphy is to illustrate the historical cause that why this outlook development accords with the basical interests of the masses. |
