| 摘 要： | 通过分析外贸代理制在中国实施 10多年的发展历史 ,认为外贸代理制在中国非但没有发展反而趋于萎缩 ,研究并剖析了产生这种现象的深层次原因 ,在此基础上 ,对发展中国的外贸代理制提出了针对性的、合理化的建议 ,以期完善中国的外贸代理制 ,使其健康发展

| Abstract: | The agent system of foreign trade, which is a mode of trade to operate with high efficiency, has been implemented for more than ten years since it was introduced in the middle 1980s. However, instead of flourishing, the system has tended to wither. In the paper are studied and analyzed the profound causes for generating such a phenomenon. Based on the above, specifically-oriented and rational proposals are put forth in an attempt to perfect the agent system of foreign trade of China and enable it to develop in a healthy way. |
