Comments on Re-employment Project and Labor Market Building

Based on the labor market theory, this paper deeply deals with the importance, urgency and strategy of implementing the re-employment project. From the viewpoints of economic system reformation, industrial structure adjustment and the development of knowledge economy, the authors try to clear up the relationship between the re-employment project and labor market building. The paper proposes that the fundamental way-out to resolve labor security issue and embody the master position of the working class be to convert the labor worker into a capital worker.
