论人力资源在企业获取竞争优势中的作用及策略

摘    要:随着知识经济的到来 ,理论界和企业界都更加认识到人力资源在企业发展中扮演的重要角色 ,然而现实中许多企业的经营决策并没有反映出这种理念。本文根据战略管理中资源学派的理论观点 ,从资源的价值性、稀缺性、模仿性三方面分析了人力资源在企业获取持久的竞争优势中所发挥的作用 ,并且探讨了为什么有些人力资源活动不能成为企业获取持久竞争优势源泉的原因 ,以及一个企业应如何开发与管理人力资源才能使人力资源成为企业获取持久竞争优势源泉的策略

Abstract:HT10.5,10.SS]Although researchers and managers on human resources have better recognition that the human resources play an important role in the development of enterprises, many organizational decisions don't reflect this belief. This article analyzes the role of human resuources in acquiring the advanced positions in competitions for sustainable development of enterprises from the angles of value, rareness and imitation of human resources in accordance with the theory of strategic human resources management. It also discusses the reasons that some activities of human resources can't help the enterprises to gain the sustainable leading positions in competitions and the tactics on how enterprises develop and manage human resources for turning it into a source of acquiring the sustainable leading positions in competitions.
