高等学校学科结构调整的目标与方法

在分析国家建设发展目标的基础上 ,结合我国重点理工院校的学科专业特点 ,提出了重点理工院校学科专业结构调整必须进行“三个转变” ,即体现国家建设发展目标的优势学科从国内领先研究到国际领先研究的转变 ;体现行业特点的传统学科向体现 2 1世纪高新技术主干学科的转变 ;以工科为主的学科结构向综合性研究型大学的转变。通过重大科研项目的组织与完成来进一步推动优势学科的发展 ,高新技术的主干学科通过寻找突破口从传统学科派生出新学科 ,同时对学科调整要处好的关系进行了深入的分析

Goal and route for Modification of Specialities in University

Based on analyzing the national development goal and considering the characteristics of specialty of key science engineering type universities in China,three transitions of speciality should be carried out by the way of modification,i.e.(1) the transition of strong specialty representing the national development goal from the domestic advancement to international advancement,(2)the transition of specialty representing the various industries from the traditional one to high tech one,(3)the transition of specialty structure from an engineering majority to a comprehensive one.Furthermore,are suggested how these specialty transitions should be carried out and what should be considered.
