| Abstract: | The article initially probes into the connotation of the system of future stock and the reasons why it is unsuitable to spread on a large scale among small and medium state enterprises. It points out that at present in our country any inspiration and restraint of small and medium enterprises should based on the prefect structure of corporation administration to give an impetus to establishment of modern enterprise system. |
