| 摘 要： | 针对目前高等教育所面临的形势及现行教育中存在的问题进行了比较系统全面地分析 ,论述了实行素质教育的重要性和意义 ,指出更新教育工作者的教育思想和教育观念是推进素质教育的关健 ,并提出了实施素质教育的一些设想和方案。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the problems in current education and situations to be faced in present higher education in a relatively systematical and overall way. It discusses the importance of performing quality education, and indicates that renewing the educational thoughts and ideas should be the key to promoting quality education. And also some ideas for practicing quality education are presented. |
