西北地区研究生择业观解析

经济的发展离不开人才的支持 ,研究生是我国高等教育培养的高素质人才中的佼佼者 ,把握他们的择业心态 ,有利于社会加深对这一群体的认识 ,有利于调整我国教育的政策和方向。通过调查访谈 ,笔者认为西北地区研究生的择业观中起主导作用的是一种功利集体主义价值观 ,在这种价值观的指导下 ,不同专业的研究生对公司企业、高校科研院有着不同的选择。本文以调查数据为依据 ,以调查访谈为辅试图揭示这一现象

Analysis on Job-Hunting View of Graduate Students in Western Area

The economical development is closely associated with talented people. The graduate students have been considered as the outstanding people among the well educated to be trained by higher education in China. It is helpful for the society to better know these students and for adjusting the right policy and the direction of the education if we understand their psychological status in job-hunting. The author of this paper, through investigation, thinks that the axiology thought of material gain collectivisim guides the job-hunting among the graduate students in western area. Under this view, graduate students of different specialties may select different companies and research institutions. This paper unveils this phenomenon based on data of investigations and interviews.
