| 摘 要： | 公平与效率是人类不懈追求的两大价值目标.公平与效率的关系应该从两个层面探讨第一是社会整体价值层面上的公平与效率的关系,在这个层面上,社会应该以公平为价值取向;第二是收入分配领域层面上的公平与效率的关系.根据我国当前的实际,"效率优先、兼顾公平"是符合我国现实国情的战略选择,问题的关键在于如何确定优先与兼顾的合适程度.

| Abstract: | Fairness and efficiency are two value objectives that man has always pursued. The relationship between them is to be viewed at two levels, the level of whole value of society and that of revenue distribution. In the former case, value is to be fairness - oriented. In view of current situations in China, the strategy of"priority given to efficiency and due consideration to fairness is appropriate. Yet, it is a question how to determine the proper extent of priority and consideration. |
