| 摘 要： | 今人对于陈兰彬的印象多来源于容闳的《西学东渐记》,但容陈二人的政见矛盾,使得容闳笔下的陈兰彬存在不少不实之处。陈兰彬自身所留的《陈荔秋函稿》表明其虽为科举出身,但因久历洋务,注重实事,在推动幼童留美、调查古巴华工等事件中,都起到了一定的积极作用,实为一较开明的洋务干吏。

| Abstract: | Modern people pay more attention on Ch＇en Lanpin from Yung Wing＇smy life in China and America,but their political opinions were inconsistent,which led to many inaccuracies of descri-bing Ch＇en Lanpin by Yung Wing.The thesis regardsChen LiQiu Han Gaoas the analysis object,on the one hand,to explain Ch＇en Lan-pin＇s circle of friends through statistical letters,in all,his friends can be divided into three levels：pivotal layer,confidant layer and distant layer;On the other hand,to illustrate that Ch＇en Lanpin is an enlightened official.Although he came from imperial examination system,he participated in the westernization movement,concerned with practice. |
