In our society harmony has been the theme. There have many differences between the traditional harmony conception and contemporary harmony conception. The social base of the former has fallen apart, while the latter is forming gradually. In order to resolve dispute effectively, we should properly deal with the relation between the justice and the dispute resolution under the contemporary harmony conception and positively develop multi-element dispute resolution and social autonomy.
