我国养老保险政策实效性研究——以河北省为例

我国社会特征中的高龄化和老龄化越发明显,"社会养老"已经成为当前建设社会主义和谐社会的共识,这需要加快社会理念转型。促进养老保险政策社会化,完善相关保障体系,构建公平、公正的养老保障机制;需要转变政府职能,提升养老保险政策实施的实效性;需要引导市场机制的介入,增强养老资金运作效率;加强相关立法监督,规范政府行为,提升养老保险政策的实施效益。

as the aging characteristic in our country is becoming more and more obvious, "Social pension" has become the consensus in building a socialist harmonious society.This needs to accelerate the transformation of social ideas,promote the socialization of pension insurance policies,improve the relevant security system,build a fair and impartial pension security mechanism,change the government functions,improve the effectiveness of the implementation of the pension insurance policies,it also needs to guide the market mechanism,enhance the efficiency of the operation of pension funds,strengthen the relevant legislative supervision,standardize government behavior,and improve the implementation of pension insurance policies.
