民国铁道部与近代铁路联运

摘    要:1928年之前,我国铁路联运由于政治动荡而基本停滞。国民政府铁道部成立之后,建立了专职的联运机关,积极恢复与扩展铁路旅客联运,推行负责货物联运,提高铁路的运输能力,促进近代铁路和社会经济的发展。铁路联运也存在着车辆主权、车辆调动及技术标准不一致等方面的缺点。

Abstract:Railway transport stagnated by 1928 because of political unsteadiness. After the establishment of the Ministry of Railways, the resumption of efforts to rectify the cause of the development of intermedal transport enabled the cause to be gradually restored, which was a considerable development. Meanwhile, the joint transportation also had some shortcomings.
