| 摘 要： | “文化软实力”具有国家发展战略性引领作用，已成为制约综合国力发展的决定性因素之一。以“文化领导权”的角度探析如何提升国家的“软实力”，从推进和谐文化发展、提升中国共产党的执政能力、弘扬中华民族精神三个方面阐述加强文化领导权，构建中国软实力之路的重要作用和意义。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, cultural soft power plays a leading role in the nation＇s development and has become one of the decisive factors in balancing the comprehensive national strength. From the cultural leadership＇s point of view, this essay focuses on how to promote China＇s soft power. And also, promoting the harmonious cultural devel- opment, enhancing China Communist Party＇s ability of holding the power and propagating Chinese ethnic spirit are the three aspects that can help to illustrate the strengthening of cultural leadership and the function of establishing the soft power of China. |
