新疆少数民族地区医学生学习适应性的调查研究

摘    要:采用《大学生学习适应量表》对新疆少数民族地区某医科高等院校359名在校学生进行了调查,并辅助于开放式访谈的方式进行研究。结果发现:新疆少数民族地区医学生的学习适应性整体呈现基本良好的水平。在总体适应性方面存在专业、民族的差异,表现在乡村医师班优于临床专业本科生,维吾尔族优于汉族,男女生没有显著差异,这与新疆地区民族环境和高校的政策有密切关系。根据数据结果,分析和探讨了形成的原因,为新疆少数民族地区高校实施对策、开展相应工作提供客观数据和理论建议。

Abstract:The college students' learning adaptability scale is an investigation on learning adaptation of medical students, which were examined in 359 medical students in Xinjiang and assisted the research through opening inter- view. The results showed that learning adaptability of medical students in Xinjiang presented the good level as a whole. But there are some differences in major and nationality. According to the results of data analysis and discus- sion of the causes, this paper provides some objective data and theoretical proposals for higher education in Xinjiang.
