| 摘 要： | 构建和谐校园是高等教育自身发展的需要，也是构建和谐社会重要组成部分。数字平台是新时期新媒体传播环境下，推进高校现代化建设的有效手段和载体，在辅导员工作及校园舆情引导中发挥极其重要作用，应充分发挥数字平台多元化、及时性、容纳性的优势，开展学生工作，引导舆情，构建和谐校园。

| Abstract: | In the era under the new media environment, digital platform is an effective means and carrier to promote the modernization and construction of university, and also play an important role in counselors＇ work and the public sentiment guidance. So we＇d better take the advantage of digital platform to develop students＇ work, guide the public sentiment and construct harmonious campus. |
