论产业结构调整中的政府行为

政府是经济活动的主体之一,在产业结构调整进行资源配置的问题上,政府行为的逻辑起点是提高市场效率,尊重市场在资源配置中的基础性地位。并从总供求、中间产品供求、国际贸易与投资、科学技术等方面进行科学规划与调节来影响产业结构调整,实现其合理化与高度化。因此,我国政府在产业结构调整问题上,工作的重点应该在于完善市场法律规章制度,严格治理,并且要加强与企业等民间部门沟通,进行科学规划与调控。
