特殊教育系教授实务专业能力探讨

摘    要:特殊教育系教授之实务专业能力包括持续性实务教学经验、实务教学厦演示能力、教学现场临床指导等特殊儿童教学的相关实务能力。特殊教育系负有培育特殊教育教师之责任,其教授具备实务专业能力,可使理论与实务结合,培养出更具实务教学能力之特殊教育教师。

The Importance of Being Practical and Experienced for the Educators Who Serve in the Department of Special Education

Abstract:The purpose of this article is to elaborate the importance of being practical and experienced for the educators who serve in the department of special education. To be practical and experienced, the educators should possess continuing practical experiences, abilities to demonstrate teaching on the students with special needs, and should be able to give directions in actual teaching situations. The author emphasi- zes that a good teacher must be a good mentor; the notion is especially important for the educators who are responsible for teacher education. The author also suggests several ways to make the educators practical and experienced.
