国外家庭保健服务模式对人口计生系统开展技术服务的借鉴

英国、美国、澳大利亚和日本等发达国家的家庭保健运行模式可以为我国人口计生系统试行的生殖健康家庭保健服务提供借鉴。参照发达国家的经验,建议我国人口计生技术服务系统参与家庭保健活动时应该依据初级保健和健康公平的公共卫生理念和居民的实际需求,以全科医生或护士为中心,充分调动各种人力资源,提供家庭保健服务。政府需为家庭保健服务提供资金保障并建立完善的监督管理机制。
