| 摘 要： | 贷款犯罪是对国家金融管理秩序的严重破坏,它导致和加剧国家金融秩序的混乱,使金融活动不能正常安全有效地运行,进而引发和加大金融风险.试图通过分析借鉴国外金融犯罪的有关立法,提出在我国当前的金融环境下所应采取的法律规制措施,以便有效的保障我国金融秩序的平稳运行.

| Abstract: | The financial crime lead to disorder of the national finance management,it causes and intensifies the national finance order confusion,enables the financial activity the normal security effectively to move,then initiates and enlarges the financial risk the degree.This article attempts through the analysis model overseas finance crime related legislation,proposed should take the legal rules and regulations measure under our country current finance environment,in order to effective safeguard our country finance order steady movement. |
