南社与近代新闻报刊业

南社成员在我国近代新闻报刊业大致经历了三个时期：1905年以前，南社人崭露头角。在留日学生创办的报刊中，发挥着骨干作用；国内以中国教育会为纽带，创办了一批有革命倾向的报刊，这些报刊大部分由南社人主办和编辑。1905年到1911年的革命高潮中，南社人成为革命派在新闻报刊界的主力军。革命派在日本创办24种报刊，其中南社人创办、编辑的9种；革命派在上海出版报刊15种，其中由南社编辑撰稿的11种。民国成立以后，南社成员汇聚于上海的新闻报刊业，一些报纸清一色由南社人编撰。南社成员在保卫革命果实、促进政治民主化进程和提高新闻报刊业水平诸方面做出了重要的贡献。

Nanshe and the modern press of China

Nanshe members underwent three periods in the modern press of China. the 1905, Nanshe members stood out conspicu-ously in the press. They were the backbone of the press compiled by the students in the Japan. A lot of newspapers and magazines hav-ing revolutionary tend in the internal were compiled and wrote by Nanshe members, 1905 to 1911 Nanshe members became main forceof revoluationary group in the press. Afer Minguo Nanshe members came together in the press of Shanghai' s. There apperaed somenewspapers compiled and wrote totally by Nanshe members. Nanshe mermbers had done impointment contributong in proecting revo-lution, promoting democracy of politic and raising the level of the press.
