Considerations to the Adjustments of Ethnic Economic Relations in the Rapid Industrialization Process

The implementation of the western development strategy accelerates the industrialization in ethnic minority areas,which promotes regional economy and bring new changes into the ethnic economic relationships.Phenomenon such as the widening rural-urban development gaps in the process of industrialization and modernization,higher professional requirements of ethnic minority workers,environmental degradation causing by resource development,declination of traditional economy with ethnic features and the inadequate social protection of vulnerable groups all manifest in this process.These changes require adjustments of ethnic economic interest relationships through perfecting the interests coordination mechanism,improving the social security system and completing the capacity construction in order to enable ethnic minorities integrate in the process of industrialization and share the development interests.
