| 摘 要： | 中国粮食种植业的“钻石体系”存在着结构性缺陷 ,导致国际竞争力不强 ,在加入 WTO背景下 ,中国应当构筑粮食种植业国家竞争优势以应对来自发达国家现代化粮食种植业的挑战 ,为此 ,有必要尽快增进中国粮食种植业的生产要素质量、切实改善中国的粮食内需条件、大力发展粮食种植业的相关及支持性产业、积极推动农村土地产权制度良性变迁

| Abstract: | The diamond system of Chinese crop planting industry has its own structural defects weakening its international competitive power. Under the background that China has entered WTO, we should strengthen the national competitive power of Chinese crop planting industry to face the challenge of the modern crop planting industry of the developed countries. Consequently, we should rapidly improve the quality of the production factors of Chinese crop planting industry, surely perfect Chinese domestic conditions of demand for grain, strongly develop the related and supportive industries of crop planting industry and actively push rural land institution development soundly. |
