| 摘 要： | 从90年代后期开始,一种新的企业管理模式——价值型企业管理模式逐渐受到西方企业界的认可和推崇。无论是从理念上,还是在技术上,这一新的企业管理模式均与以往有着根本性的区别。重视现金流量,重视资本成本,重视预算控制,是价值型企业管理模式的几个重要特征。事实已经证明,采用这一极具科学前沿意义的新的企业管理模式,对于优化企业的管理行为,保障企业的长远可持续发展具有十分重大的意义。

| Abstract: | Since the late 90s, a new pattern called value-oriented management has been gradually accepted and recommended by the Western enterprises. It differs sharply from the old ones theoretically and technically. It is featured with high regards on the currency flow, the capital cost and budget control. The facts show that it is of great significance for the optimization of the enterprise management and the assurance of the sustainable development for the enterprises. |
