诚信经营的双维路向及其限制

理解诚信有两种可能的路向,一种是本体论意义的解读,一种是契约化的理解。本体论意义的诚信是一种道德诚信,它将诚信视为“人之为人”的根本,推而广之也是企业生存的根本,这种诚信只是依存于人的心灵,在市场竞争中缺乏强有力的保障;契约化诚信是一种经济诚信,它将诚信视为买卖双方(多方)的一种责任,必须用制度甚至于法律维护,这种诚信在深层次上缺乏人的心灵支撑,是一种次生意义的诚信,在经济利益冲击下容易使人失信。

The Double-Dimension Ways and Limitations of the Honesty Management

There are two possible ways to comprehend honesty.One is on the ontology sense,the other is a contractual honesty.On the ontology sense honesty is a moral honesty,which look upon the honesty as the root of the assenle of human,accordingly,it is the root of the survival of the corporation.Such honesty only lies in man's mind.It lacks sfeguard in market competition.Contractual honesty is an economic honesty,which look upon it as a responsibility which lies in both sides of the seller and buyer.It must be safeguarded by rules,even the law.Such honesty lies on the hypo-being sense and lacks human's mind support on deep level.It tend to make people break faith under the economic interests strike.
