| 摘 要： | 我国面临着水污染,河湖萎缩、功能退化,地下水大量超采,水土流失严重等环境问题。解决我国水环境问题的对策,应以改善生态环境为根本切入点,制定水资源保护规划,实现水资源的可持续利用；建立流域管理与行政区域管理相结合的水资源保护和管理模式,实行水量水质统一管理。

| Abstract: | Our country faces the water pollution,the fiver lake atrophy,the function degenerate,groundwater is a great deal of adopted,soil erosion badly etc.environment problem.To resolve our country water environment problem, we should ameliorate the ecosystem environment at first,draw up the water resources protection programming,to real- ize the continuable exploitation of the resources of water.Build up the water resources protection and management mode with which the fiver valley management and administration district managements combine together,practice the amount of water and water quality to unify the management. |
