| 摘 要： | 当代图书馆人文精神的实质是贯彻以读者为本的思想，以满足读者对图书、知识、教育等方面的需要，达到实现人的价值、完善人的发展的目的。同时，图书馆工作的社会化及其以人为本的服务思想对培养大学生的社会责任感、增强其奉献意识具有积极意义。
