| Abstract: | GEM(Growth Enterprise Market) will soon be establisbed in China.Therefore it is especially significant to discuss the market-making system.Domestic scholars have illustratred the introduction of market-making system to GEM from different perspectives.The author holds the view that GEM in China shuld introduce market-making system with consideration to the compatibility of socialist market econmy. |
