摘    要:作为一种非典型语序,英语中的前置句式不仅具有句法方面的制约性,同时还应满足语篇衔接与连贯的需要.本文从句法和语用的界面出发,研究了语境因素对中国学生习得英语前置句式的影响.结果发现,语境对前置句式可接受性的影响不仅与前置句式的类型特征密切相关,而且也与学习者的目的语水平具有一定的关系.对教师而言,需要有针对性地加强语篇信息结构的教学,帮助学生了解不同类型前置句式的制约因素,提高语篇的组织和建构能力.

Abstract:English preposings,a type of non-canonical word order,are not only constrained syntactically,but also required to serve the functions of discourse cohesion and coherence.Based on the syntax-pragmatic interface,this paper explores the influence of contextual factors on the acquisition of English preposings by Chinese EFL(English as a foreign language) learners.Results show that contextual influence on the acceptability of preposings concerns the typological features of preposings on the one hand and,to a certain degree,the proficiency level of the subjects on the other.It is suggested that teachers should attach more importance to the instruction of information structure and enhance their competence in discourse organization and construction by helping them recognize constraints on different types of preposings.
