| 摘 要： | 妇女由于婚姻迁移而导致的集体成员身份变化，在再次产权界定中，她们的土地权利面临不确定性。目前保障妇女土地权利的机制，包含了法律、村社集体土地制度安排及妇女个人行为等方面。在目前制度背景下，各种保障农村妇女土地权利的机制在运行中存在着诸多问题，弱化了对农村妇女土地权利的保障力度，为此，提出了保障农村妇女土地权利的措施。
