| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,特别是十一五期间,我国非公有制经济发展取得了一系列重大成就,但在非公有制经济理论研究、政策环境以及非公企业融资、家族企业治理等方面仍面临一些矛盾和问题。促进非公有制经济健康发展,必须深化对其本质属性的研究,打破行政垄断和政策掣肘,着力化解小型、微型企业融资难题,实现家族企业现代化并向纵向兼并重组转变。
