对牛津大学发展战略规划的分析与启示

随着国家“十一·五”规划的全面启动，国内许多高校纷纷为本校制定了新的发展战略规划。鉴于近年来有些高校不顾实际情况盲目扩建校园和扩大招生规模、一味追求“大而全”的现象，其发展战略规划似乎有偏离大学本质和大学使命的倾向。文章就牛津大学最近一次在2000年制定的发展战略规划进行探究和分析，希望其中一些理念对我国高校在制定发展战略规划时具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

Analysis on Strategic Planning of Development in Oxford University and its Enlightenment

With a complete start of ＂the llth five-year＂ plan in China, many colleges and universities have made new strategic planning of development quickly. However, some colleges and universities are trying to enlarge their campus and expand the recruit of students blindly, and they just hope hat their schools are bigger and more integrated than ever before, it seems that their strategic planning is departing from their basic tasks. This paper analyzed some valuable ideals and suggestions on the base of exploring the strategic planning of development made in 2000 in Oxford University.
