创建教学研究型多科性大学的初探

摘    要:根据社会经济发展需要,结合高校发展方向及我校实际,从教学管理、学科建设、改革教学形式、深化教学改革、教学过程管理、加强人才机制、科技研究等几个方面探讨了西安建筑科技大学创建教学研究型的多科性大学的实践,为我校跨越式发展探索出一条有效途径。

Abstract:This essay explores the aspects including teaching manasement,academic construction,further teaching reform and enhancing scientific research.It is based on the need of the social and economic development and associated with the development of higher-learning institutions and the reality of our university.The essay is committed to exploring the practice of developing Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology,a multi-discipline teaching and research university.The writer intends to explore an effective approach to promote the development of the university.
