| 摘 要： | 现代性启蒙就是要促使人类摆脱“不成熟状态”，激发人的无穷想象力和无限创造力，真正确立起独立人格和主体意识。目前，中国的现代性启蒙就是要在扬弃传统的基础上，参照西方社会的现代化模式，确立社会成员个体独立的法权状态，促使传统伦理社会向现代市民社会转变，从而为人的自由创造条件。

| Abstract: | The enlightenment is to impel mankind to free itself from the unripe state, stimulate mankind＇ s infinite imagination and limitless creativity, really establish independent personality and subjective consciousness. At present China＇ s modernity enlightenment is to draw lessons from western modernization model on the basis of tradition, establish the independent legal right state of individual, impel the traditional ethical society to become to the modern civil society, and create conditions for the between develop ment and perfection of persons. |
