| 摘 要： | 以人的发展与社会发展为背景，从十七大人学思想和思想政治工作的角度出发，联系高等学校工作实际，运用马克思主义人学理论、人际关系学、教育管理学等知识，从理论和实践层面上研究人学视域下的热点问题和难点问题，探索新时期人的发展及其实现方法，为解决人的发展状态问题提供理论引导。
