| 摘 要： | 随着我国教育制度和人事制度的改革 ,大学毕业生被推向了市场。面对竞争激烈的人才市场 ,大学毕业生想要叩开求职大门 ,除了自身必备能胜任工作的能力和相关学科知识外 ,还需要掌握和运用一些求职中的方法和技巧 ,特别是求职中有关仪表、举止、自我介绍、言语交谈的实际技巧。
