组织文化与员工离职倾向的相关研究

摘    要:通过自编的“组织文化问卷”,对来自各企业组织的852名被试进行了测试,考察了组织文化对组织效能的个人层面,即员工离职倾向的影响,并分析了性别、职位因素在员工离职倾向方面的差异。结果发现,组织文化的目的性、参与性与一致性对员工离职倾向有显著影响。

Abstract:This research was conducted by making the questionnaires of organizational culture, carrying on the test on 852 subjects, and analysing the influence of the employee' s sex and position on their turnover intention. The result of the research shows that organization culture has great impact on the employee' s turnover intention.
