摘    要:随着国有企业的快速发展,工程队的发展呈现出许多新问题。为了进一步规范工程项目施工队管理,全面提升工程项目管理水平,对工程公司下属的项目部进行问卷调查,发现工程队建设中存在的问题。运用利益相关者理论,提出优化工程队建设的新思路:明确工程队的定位,理清项目部和工程队的关系;引导工程队管理创新,建立灵活多样的工程队有机体;建立工程队内部利益相关者的公平竞争与利益合理分配机制。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the state-owned enterprises of China, there are some new problems which come into being during the development of engineering teams. To standardize the management of engineering project construction teams and improve the management level engineering project overall, a questionnaire investigation was carried out in organizations of project management under the Bureau Group Co. , Ltd to find out the problems during the construction process of engi- neering teams. Based on the investigation results and by using the stakeholder theories, some new ide-as were proposed for the optimization of engineering teams construction, such as to determine the po-sition of engineering teams so as to clarify the relationship between the organizations of project man-agement and engineering teams, lead the management innovation of engineering teams so as to build up them into the flexible and organic ones, develop the fair competition and the reasonable allocation of interests mechanisms for the inner interests stakeholders of the engineering teams and so on.
