| 摘 要： | 知识管理是产业集群竞争力的核心。云计算能够更好地实现跨组织的知识整合、共享、管理和利用，为产业集群知识管理提供了新的模式和解决方案。首先分析了产业集群知识管理的意义和存在的问题，然后在介绍了云计算的内涵和特点基础上，重点阐述了基于云计算的知识管理的优势，最后根据产业集群知识管理的需求提出了基于云计算的产业集群知识管理模型。

| Abstract: | Knowledge management is the key of the industrial cluster competitiveness. Cloud com-puting can realize the integration, sharing, management and use of Inter-organizational knowledge. It provides new model and solution to carry out industry cluster knowledge management. This article first analyzes the meaning of industrial cluster knowledge management and the existing problems, and then introduces the connotation and features of cloud computing, expounds the advantages of knowl-edge management based on cloud computing, and finally put forward the model of knowledge manage-ment platform based on cloud computing according to the requirements of knowledge management of industrial cluster. |
