| 摘 要： | 经济国际一体化的发展格局使得社会对外语人才的需求呈多元化发展趋势。只具备单一的外语专业知识和基础技能型人才已滞后于社会需求，因此培养高素质的复合应用型人才已经成为外语人才培养的可持续发展模式。工科院校只有不断进行外语教学改革，才能培养出适应社会需求的复合应用型外语人才。

| Abstract: | International economic integration leads to a diversified social demand for foreign lan guage talents. As talents equipped only with foreign language expertise and basic skills lag behind such social demand, to cultivate high-quality inter-disciplinary and practical talents has become the sustainable development mode of foreign language talent cultivation. Engineering colleges have to car-ry out constant foreign language teaching reform to that end. |
