中国家族企业人力资源管理现状与对策

摘    要:经过20年的迅速发展,用家族制的方法管理企业已经成为70%-80%的我国民营企业的普通管理模式。与西方相比,中国的家族企业刚刚起步,但处于激烈竞争环境中的企业都是以市场为导向的,而企业要顺利发展,必须学会善于利用企业的人力资源,尤其是家族企业,它具有独特的管理模式,要进一步发展扩大,就必须更加关注人力资源的管理问题。该文就当前中国家族企业人力资源管理现状中存在的问题、原因以及它的对策展开了讨论。

Abstract:Through 20 years' rapid development,managing the firm on the basis of family members is universal for 70%-80% Chinese family firms.Compared with the west countries,Chinese family firms have just step out their first step.But we have to admit that firms in fierce competition environment are all market-oriented.If a firm wants to develop successfully,it must learn to make full use of its own human resources,especially for a family firm.If the family firms want further development,they must pay more attention to the management of human resources.This paper mainly analyzed some problems and reasons of the current human resource management of Chinese family firms,putting forward some suggestions.
