| Abstract: | Culture saveguard borderland embodies the specific characteristics of BINGTUAN land reclamation amd border saveguarding cause in building advanced culture, the key point of carrying out"the 16th party congress" spirit and practicing culture saveguard borderland engineering lies in realizing the all round development of people, and at the time raising the guality of all the BINGTUAN people, strengthening creativity, solidarity and combativity, so that BINGTUAN reform, development and stability can be guaranteed, unified forces of saveguarding borderland and reclaiming land can reach a new level. |
