传统商人文化传承与我国质量立法

振兴我国的质量事业，必须借助我国的传统文化资源，尤其是商人文化资源。我国传统商人文化既有精华也有糟粕，清除奸商文化，将良贾文化（或儒商文化）弘扬光大是我国商人文化传承的历史使命。但不难发现，目前事与愿违，当下中国奸商文化盛行，而良贾文化却并没有得到应有的传承与弘扬。这种状况是与我国当前质量立法的诸多缺陷分不开的，为了摆脱商人文化传承上的尴尬，更好地弘扬良贾文化，未来制度建构的基本思路应当是：一方面通过法律的激励措施加强对良贾文化的正面引导，允许儒商团体开展儒商认证，赋予儒商相应的法律优待，使其成为一种成功的标志，从而形成4~J,J,-争当良商的局面；另一方面完善相关质量立法，用法律的手段去防御和打击奸商，使人人不敢为奸、不能为奸、不愿为奸。
