住房限购令的伦理分析

自由与平等作为正义价值观的重要内容，它们与正义是一体两面的关系，如何在社会制度当中尤其是在保障民生、促进社会公平方面平衡两者的关系却是一个永恒的话题。我国住房限购令的出台体现出政府在自由与平等两种价值抉择时在当下更加侧重于平等价值，这一价值选择在目前的社会条件下具有道德合理性，其价值取向应予充分肯定。与此同时，不能忽视的是，住房限购令作为一种应急的调节手段，还存在某些伦理方面的局限性，这些局限性制约了住房限购令应有的效果。
