东南亚高等教育的国际化特征

进入21世纪，随着经济全球化的潮流，东南亚高等教育国际化进入了新的发展阶段，并呈现出新的特点：一是东南亚国家高等教育国际化发展水平呈现五种不均等类型；二是出境东南亚学生呈上升趋势；三是入境国际留学生持续增长；四是人才流失现象依然存在；五是东南亚国家高等教育国际化从线性趋势向多元化趋势发展。总体上看，东南亚国家高等教育国际化从流向西方国家的趋势逐渐转向亚洲和非洲等国，开始从“边缘”向“中心”靠拢。

Characteristics of Internalization of Higher Education in Southeast Asia

In sum, HE internalization in Southeast Asia has developed from the ＂margin＂ to the ＂center＂ by flowing from the western countries to the countries of Asia and Africa.
